We would like to inform you of the change in our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification service provider to Sumsub, effective May 07, 2026.

This update is part of our ongoing effort to enhance your verification experience. For users who have already completed the KYC verification, your approval status will remain unchanged, and in most cases, no further action is required. Please note that, in accordance with privacy laws and regulations in certain jurisdictions, some users may be required to complete the verification process again through Sumsub.

All new identity verifications, including the re-verification processes, will be conducted through our new service provider, Sumsub.

All personal information will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, with appropriate technical and administrative safeguards in place. The security of your personal information will not be affected by this change.
