6. KYC Verification Transfer Service

[6-1] Where you are unable to access your registered Wallet due to hacking or other circumstances beyond your reasonable control, the Service Provider may, at its sole discretion and subject to the conditions set forth in this Section, provide a service to transfer your KYC verification status to a new Wallet (the "KYC Verification Transfer Service").

 

[6-2] For the purposes of security and prevention of abuse, the KYC Verification Transfer Service is provided on an exceptional basis, limited to once per KYC-verified user over the lifetime of the Company’s Service. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation by re-verifying under a different identity is prohibited and may result in permanent Service Restriction under Section 3.

 

[6-3] The KYC Verification Transfer Service transfers only your KYC verification status. The transfer, recovery, or restoration of any Digital Assets or in-game assets held in your existing Wallet is not within the scope of this KYC Verification Transfer Service, and the Service Provider shall bear no responsibility in connection therewith.

 

[6-4] Upon completion of the transfer, the KYC verification associated with your existing Wallet shall be permanently invalidated. At the same time, your existing Wallet shall be permanently restricted from accessing all features of the Service that require a KYC verification level, including in-game play and related features.

 

[6-5] Users who wish to apply for the KYC Verification Transfer Service must complete and submit the "Transfer Consent Request Form" provided by the Service Provider through the Support Center, in accordance with the conditions and procedures established by the Service Provider.

 

[6-6] You must ensure that all information provided in the KYC Verification Transfer Consent Request Form is accurate and truthful. You shall bear sole and full responsibility for any damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the submission of false information, Wallet lending, or any other misrepresentation, fraudulent or improper conduct. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any application, revoke a completed transfer, recover any Digital Assets transferred in reliance on false information, and impose Service Restrictions up to and including permanent Service Restriction.
